- A protocol of cooperation was signed between Alexandria Library's Egyptian Centre for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage and the Eissa Cultural Centre in Bahrain; its purpose: to protect Arab and Islamic heritage.
- An executive program was concluded between the ministries of information in the two countries; according to which media cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the two sides would be promoted.
On 25/4/2016, a delegation from Culture Ministry met with the Bahraini Authority for Culture and Archaeology and discussed the ways to strengthen cooperation in the cultural field between the two countries.
The two sides agreed to continue the exchange of cultural delegations and expertise in various fields such as restoration, libraries, crafts and cultural coordination. In addition, they stressed the importance of coordination among international cultural organizations.
