The Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with Africa offers medical and food assistances to Togo. In November 2007, the fund offered assistance to the Togolese Ministry of Health comprising 29 packages of medical supplies, and in December 2007, the fund offered a food assistance comprising 90 tons of rice to overcome the aftermath of the floods, and a medical assistance comprising 81 packages of medicine and antibiotics to the Togolese ministry of Health. In February and August 2008, the fund offered a medical assistance. Moreover, in February 2009, the fund sent food assistance comprising 100 tons of rice and edible oil.
