Egyptian expatriates in New Zealand started casting their votes via mail in Senate election scheduled for two days.
International Cooperation Minister Rania el Mashat said Egypt is hoping it has turned the corner on the coronavirus as new cases fall daily, highlighting the country's efforts to boost its economy.
The special electoral committee at the Egyptian Embassy premises in Kuwait's Hawalli governorate started to receive polling cards sent by Egyptian expats via express mail to participate in the Egyptian Senate elections, set for Aug 9-10.
