Abu Dhabi CP hails Egypt role to achieve regional stability

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi had talks on Wednesday 3/5/2017 with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who welcomed Sisi and asserted that Egypt was of a special status for the UAE and its people.

The Abu Dhabi CP stressed his country's constant support to Egypt at all levels in order to achieve the Egyptian people's aspirations of stability and development, Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said following the talks.

The UAE leader reaffirmed that Egypt's stability was key for the whole region thanks to Cairo's strategic and historic depth for the Arab world.

He voiced hope President Sisi's visit to the UAE would promote cooperation between the two countries and usher new horizons to meet the aspirations of their peoples.

The visit shows the strength of the bilateral relations and embodies keenness of both countries' leaderships on contact and coordination to serve their interests.

The Abu Dhabi CP hailed Egypt's efforts to bring about stability in the region and reach solution for its crises in addition to its efforts to combat terrorism and extremism which target security and stability of Egypt and the whole region.

He stressed the Egyptian people's ability to combat terrorist acts and schemes.

The talks between Sisi and the Abu Dhabi CP tackled the developments in the region including the crises in Syria, Yemen and Libya in addition to challenges that face the Arab world and some foreign powers' interference to disturb the security and stability of the Arab countries.
