Located on the northern end of the Citadel terrace, the National Police Museum focuses on some of the most infamous crimes in Egyptian history and how the police discovered and arrested the culprits. The objects on display include photographs from crime scenes, some weapons used in assassination attempts (including the failed attempt on President Gamal Abdel Nasser’s life in 1954), and objects seized from tomb robbers. Labels are in Arabic and English.
