President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a one-million-euro grant offered by the French Development agency to back the first aid project in Egypt .

The grant agreement was signed between the French agency and the Egyptian government on March 27, 2017 and it was later approved by the House of Representatives .

The decree was published in the Gazette out on Thursday 16/11/2017 .
