Sisi issues decree to establish branches of youth rehabilitation academy

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree to establish branches of the national academy for youth rehabilitation in the different governorates.
The decree, which was published in the Gazette on Monday 20/11/2017, entailed that the academy's HQ would be in Greater Cairo.
