Sisi approves amendments to some provisions of companies’ law

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday 17/1/2018 approved the law no. 4 of 2018 to amend some provisions of joint stock companies, private companies limited by shares and limited liability companies.

The law was published in the Official Gazette.
