Sisi reappoints Atef Abdel Fattah as cabinet's secretary general
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Tuesday 28/8/2018, re-appointing Atef Abdel Fattah as the secretary general of the cabinet as of September 8.
The decree no. 399 of 2018 was published in the official gazette.
