Sisi arrives in Vienna for Africa-Europe forum

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived on Sunday 16/12/2018 on a four-day official visit to Austria to take part in the high-level Africa-Europe Forum, co-hosted by Rwandan President Paul Kagame and Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.
President Sisi is to deliver an address at the forum to tackle Egypt's visit to push forward development efforts in Africa.
A host of African and European leaders are taking part in the event aiming at enhancing African-European partnership.
Participants in the forum will hold a high-level dialogue under the title of "Taking Cooperation to the Digital Age".
As regards bilateral relations, the President will hold talks with his Austrian counterpart and other senior officials as well as businessmen and investors on boosting cooperation in the trade, educational and scientific research, transport and investment domains.
On the sidelines of the forum, several round-table meetings will take place to discuss furthering African-European cooperation in the agricultural and technological domains and ways of ironing out hurdles to increasing cooperation between the two sides.
