Exhibit on Egypt's sunken cities opens in US

Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Mostafa Waziri has opened an exhibition on Egypt's sunken cities at the hall of Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in the US State of Los Angeles.
In a statement released on Sunday 6/10/2019 the Antiquities Ministry said the show, which runs till April 12, 2020, displays around 293 artifacts excavated from the ancient towns of Thonis-Heracleion and Canopus.
Large statues of Egyptian deities Isis and Serapis and the Sphinx, as well as some ornaments and household items will be also displayed.
