Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid and his Sudanese counterpart Mohamed Othman al Hussein witnessed on Thursday 19/11/2020 the main phase of the joint Egyptian-Sudanese air drills (Nile Eagles 1), the Egyptian Armed Forces Military Spokesman said.

The war games are carried out in a Sudanese air base.

Lasting till November 26, the Nile Eagles 1 maneuver comes in light of the Egyptian Armed Forces General Command’s plan to engage in joint military exercises and exchange expertise with friendly and brotherly states.
