Presidential decree approving Charter of Council of Arab African States

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued presidential decree No. 181 of 2020 approving a Charter of the Council of Arab and African States bordering the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden signed in Riyadh on January 6, 2020.
The news was published in the official gazette on Thursday November 26,2020.
