President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decision No.427 of 2020 on approving a letter of understanding between Egypt and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD).

Under the letter, the Fund will provide an aid package worth one million Kuwaiti dinar to contribute to facing coronavirus pandemic.

The Fund will provide urgent needs in Egypt as per the letter, signed on March 24,2020.

The decision was published in the official gazette on Thursday November 26,2020.
