Egypt starts World Championship journey with 35-29 victory over Chile

Egypt national team made a 35-29 win over Chile in the opener of the Cairo-hosted Men’s Handball World Championship on Wednesday 13/1/2021.
Egypt had the upper hand from the beginning of the game, making an 18-11 win in the first half.
The Pharaohs managed to control the second half and win the match 35-29.
Egypt now leads Group G with two points, while Chile is at the bottom with zero points.
Egypt is set to play the next game against Macedonia, while Chile will face Sweden on Saturday.
The 27th edition of the Men’s Handball World Championship kicked off early Wednesday and lasts until January 31.
