Al Azhar condemned on Saturday 27/02/2021 recurrent assaults carried out by Israeli occupation forces against Al Aqsa Mosque.

In a press release, Al Azhar, one of the most prestigious Sunni authorities in the world, called on the international community to slam such provocative policies adopted by the Israeli occupation forces, which violate the right to freedom of religion.

It shed light on its historical and permanent stance in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their legitimate struggle towards restoring their rights and assaulted land.
