Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry is set to hold talks with Sudanese counterpart Mariam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi who will visit Cairo on Tuesday.

The senior officials are expected to meet at Tahrir Palace in Cairo to discuss ways to promote bilateral cooperation ties at various levels.

The meeting will also take up a raft of regional as well as other international issues of mutual concern.

It will be followed by a joint press conference.
