Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled el Anany directed on Saturday 31/07/2021 officials to remove the wooden entrance of the First Pylon of Karnak Temples and replace the old headlight lamps with new ones.

Anany was on an inspection tour at the Karnak Temples and Al-Kebbash Road to follow up on the current preparations for the Tourism and Antiquities Ministry's celebration of opening the Pharaonic road project.

The minister met with tourists from Ukraine and Belarus who expressed their admiration of Luxor's archaeological sites.
