Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi on Saturday 18/09/2021 paid an inspection tour of the City of Youth and Sports in Sharm El Sheikh, which is undergoing development work.

Development work is going on in full swing to scale up the city's efficiency and prepare it for hosting various youth and sports events, Sobhi said in a press release.

The project involves raising efficiency of the city's restaurants and buildings and sports halls.

The ministry is working on improving efficiency of all youth and sports facilities nationwide, so they could be in a position to host national, continental, as well as international tournaments, Sobhi added.

He also highlighted the importance of these facilities to promote sport and physical activities and make the best use of Egyptian young talents.
