An economic conference themed (Egypt 2022) will convene Sunday. The event is organized by the Egyptian government for three days at the behest of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

The conference aims to review conditions and future of the Egyptian economy with the participation of several senior economists, thinkers, specialists and experts.

The cabinet's media center said in a statement Friday 21/10/2022 that the conference also aims to reach an economic roadmap for the state in coming periods and propose clear policies and measures to up competition and flexibility of the Egyptian economy.

It added the conference will eye announcing a number of incentives for the industry sector and exporters.
