Egypt’s First Lady Entisar El Sisi paid tribute to charitable organizations and philanthropists on the occasion of the International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development.

In a post, the president's spouse thanked these benevolent people and organizations, who are working around the clock to build the nation without asking for anything in return, saying "they are Egypt's hope".

The International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development, more commonly referred to as International Volunteer Day (IVD), is observed on December 5 every year.

IVD 2022 celebrates the theme of solidarity through volunteering. This campaign highlights the power of our collective humanity to drive positive change through volunteerism.
