Tourism and Antiquities Minister Ahmed Issa announced a bundle of facilities related to issuing tourism visas to attract more tourists to visit Egypt, highlighting plans aiming at increasing the number of tourists to 30 millions by 2028.

In a press conference, Issa said that there is a 30% increase in visits to Egyptian tourist destinations in January and February in comparison to the same period in 2022, promising that the tourism sector will flourish in the coming period.

Facilities will be given to tourists coming from China, India, Algeria, Morocco, Iraq, Iran, Israel and Turkey, he also said.
