Sisi announces Egypt's nomination for AU PSC's 2024-2026 membership

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi announced Thursday 8/6/2023 Egypt's nomination for membership of the African Unions (AU) Peace and Security Council (PSC)'s 2024-2026 membership.
Addressing the 22nd Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Summit in Zambia, the president stressed that Egypt's nomination for the PSC's membership came out of a strong belief in its responsibility toward promoting peace and security efforts in Africa.
