Chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) Walid Gamaledin met Friday 09/06/2023 with a delegation of representatives of Hungarian companies to discuss requirements to implement a number of projects in Egypt.

The meeting took up available investment opportunities at the SCZONE, Gamaledin said. He pointed to investment incentives offered by the SCZONE, assuring the delegation about flexible measures and competitive advantages, not to mention its distinguished location.

An SCZONE statement said representatives of the Hungarian companies welcomed the idea of doing business in Egypt and expressed desire to work with the SCZONE.

The delegation included representatives from Hungary’s RÁBA Automotive Group and FRISS Franchise ZRT.
