I welcome you on this historic day to the headquarters of the State Information Service where we are set to witness the announcement of the final results of the referendum of Egypt's new constitution.

I seize this opportunity to once again congratulate our great Egyptian people on  civilized practice they demonstrated to the whole world over the two-day referendum which proves that they are determined when it comes to making their decisions and that every day their will and resolve provides lessons to be learnt by the generation after generation.

On January 14 and 15, 2014 Egyptians have proved that their decision is theirs to make and that the June 30 Revolution is an untainted Egyptian Revolution; the great numbers of Egyptians who turned out refutes the allegations of those who are prejudiced and asserts the facts to those who are hesitant.

The Egyptians will proceed steadfastly and more determined to complete the road map which will lead to establishing a modern democratic State that achieves the goals of both the January 25 and June 30 revolutions: a free decent life, social justice and human dignity.
