Both countries enjoy a diversity of cultural ties. Cultural relations between Egypt and Jordan witness a continuing visit exchange throughout the year between the academics and specialists, in addition to organizing specialized workshops and training programs in the framework of technical assistance and the exchange of expertise in many fields.

There are about 870 Jordanian students in Egypt in public and private schools and about 7,000 Egyptian students enrolled in various educational stages in Jordan.

Mutual scholarships are among the most important means of cooperation between the two sides. Jordanian students in Egyptian universities receive 10 free scholarships in medical school, 15 free scholarships for postgraduate studies in different branches and 15 seats in medicine each year. Egyptians are granted annually, about 20 free scholarships in various public Jordanian universities.

Cultural and media agreements signed during the 26th session of the Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee

- Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr and Jordanian Minister of Information Mahmoud Al-Momani signed a joint cooperation program between the Middle East News Agency (MENA) and the Jordanian news agency "Petra".

- An executive program for cultural cooperation between Egypt and Jordan for the years 2017-2019.

- Draft Executive Program for the Agreement on Scientific and Technical Cooperation for 2017-2018

- Executive Program for Youth Cooperation between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the years 2017-2019
