Ten Takfiri elements were gunned down, 13 others injured while six suspects were nabbed over attacks on security checkpoints in Sinai. 

Under a cover by helicopters, army and police joint teams stormed a number of terrorist hotbeds in Arish, Sheikh Zuweid and Rafah in North Sinai. 

Also, two trucks and four motorcycles used by terrorists were bombed during the operations.

A border guard patrol located a concrete-structured tunnel under border line with the Gaza Strip near the Rafah terminal.
